We try to ship orders every weekday. We pride ourselves on quick shipping! Orders go out as soon as possible as we strive for excellent customer service. Custom Items that require you to pay a digitizing fee may take up to 7 days for us to receive back from the digitizer. For specific details, please reach out to us.
Refunds are not offered, especially on custom items. If items are received damaged, make sure to take pictures of everything including the damaged packaging and file a report through the post office. Insurance is placed on most packages. If there are any issues please reach out to us. Tracking is provided for every shipment. Replacements are offered on a case by case basis.
